1. INTRODUCTION.
This sweepstakes is sponsored by National Pet Pharmacy.com, 189 Main Street, Harleysville, PA 19438. One winner will be selected in a random drawing among all entries received. The prize to be awarded is detailed in Section 7 of these rules. The odds of winning depend on the number of entries received during the Promotion Period, as defined below. One entry per person/per household.

2. HOW TO ENTER.
Enter your e-mail address, zip code, pet preference and brand preference in the above fields. Incomplete or intentionally false entries will be disqualified.

3. ELIGIBILITY.
Entrants must be pet owners 18 years of age or older. This offer is only available to residents of the continental United States. Employees of the company and their immediate families are ineligible. Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law and subject to local, state, and/or federal law. Taxes and shipping costs, if any, shall be the responsibility of individual winners.

4. PROMOTION PERIOD.
One winner will be selected by random drawing from all completed entries received by the 31st of each month at 5:00 PM.

5. ODDS.
Odds of winning depend on total number of entries received.

6. RETAIL VALUE.
Value of prizes awarded will vary based on current retail price. Prize value varies by prize, and is not to exceed $125.00 annual retail value including shipping.

7. PRIZE.
Selection must be made from manufacturer products available on National Pet Pharmacy website at time of drawing. Excludes any products that require prescriptions.

Winner is responsible for all taxes associated with prize. Once awarded, prizes and delivery schedule cannot be altered. Prizes are not transferable. Substitutions are not permitted.

9. ADDITIONAL TERMS.
Where permissible, acceptance of prize offered constitutes permission to use winner’s name, biographical information, and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and promotion without further compensation. National Pet Pharmacy’s decisions are final in all matters relating to this sweepstakes. Winners will be notified by mail, e-mail or phone. All entrants will automatically be signed-up to join the regular promotional notifications by National Pet Pharmacy and its partners.
