All prescription items require a prescription from your veterinarian prior to processing and are fulfilled by a licensed U.S. mail order pharmacy with licensed pharmacists on staff.
We support and subscribe to the American Veterinarian Association’s policy statement that drug therapy should only be initiated by your attending Veterinarian.
Please remember that we cannot and do not prescribe medications. However, once we receive your pet’s prescription we want to make sure that you get the most value for your money from licensed pharmacists.

To order a prescription medication for your pet, go to our Pharmacy prescription department. There are three ways to find the medication you’re looking for:
Once you are on our Pet Prescriptions page:
- If you know the name of the medication your pet’s veterinarian has prescribed, simply type it into the “Search” box in the upper left corner beneath the pharmacy logo.
- Can’t read your vet’s writing? Simply type the first letter into the “Search by Letter” box below full Search.
- You can also scroll through a list of illnesses and medication types in the left column of the page. Find your pet’s problem (Cardiovascular) or the type of medication you’re looking for (Antibiotics). Click for a full list of all the medications offered.
Drop the item(s) you need in your Cart, then click on the "Checkout" button. Once you have filled in your Billing and Shipping information, we will ask for your vet's name, phone number, fax number, and refill number. We will also ask for your pet's name, type, weight, age, and any medical conditions or allergies.
You or your veterinarian may fax your pet's prescription or written approval. For Rx Medications, this information can be faxed to 1-212-348-3037. For clinical food diets, please use 1-215-513-1254. In most cases, we'll call your vet's office personally within the first 48 hours, so we can fill your order and have it on its way to you.
