Do you have a required number of shipments to get the discounted price?
We do not have a required number of shipments. You can simply set up your account and free shipping will be applied automatically to your order of $49 or more when it processes.

Can I Change the items on my Auto ship?
You can change the quantity, add, and remove items from your Auto Ship. If you wish to add items to your next Auto Ship, simply navigate to the product page of the product you wish to add and click the “Add to Auto Ship” package icon to the left of the product you want. This product will be added to your next scheduled Auto Ship. What does "Don't Wait Order Now" do?
This button will load your Auto Ship order into your cart so that you may proceed to checkout and place your Auto Ship order today. The free shipping will still be applied if your order is over $49 and your next Shipping Date will automatically be reset.

Is my price locked in?
When you sign up for Auto Ship, your price is not locked in so your order total may change. Remember, you are eligible for the current price listed so, if an item on your Auto Ship account goes on sale, you will get the sale price without having to contact us!

How do I adjust my frequency or shipping date?
Go to “My Account”, click on My Auto Ship and select the Auto Ship you wish to edit. Once there, click the “Edit Shipping” button under the Shipping section. At that point, you can choose if you would like a weekly, monthly or yearly frequency and choose a specific date for your next order to be processed. Both your next shipping date and order frequency can be adjusted at any time to suit your needs.

Why is the free shipping not applying to my order?
While you can use and enjoy the conveniences of the Auto Ship program for any order, please note that free shipping will apply to orders with a product total of $49 or more.

Why is my account On Hold?
If your account is on hold, it could be for one of many reasons. We recommend contacting customer service at 1-800-865-1077 or click here to fill out our contact form as soon as possible, because it could mean there were issues processing your account. We do not want your order to be delayed!

Why did my order not ship on the date listed?
The date listed on your Auto Ship account is the date your next order will be automatically placed. With any order placed on National Pet Pharmacy there is a one to three business day processing time before your order ships directly to your door!

What are the benefits of the Auto Ship Program?

Receiving too much food?
You can pause, skip, or reschedule your next shipment at anytime. Simply go to My Auto Ship in your National Pet Pharmacy account and click on the edit shipping button. From there, you can choose your next shipping date or pause until you are ready for it to be processed. If you’d prefer to skip your next shipment, simply click the Skip Next Shipment button to the right of the shipping section.

Need to update your Payment Method?
If you have received a new credit card or want to change the one you are using, simply go to My Auto Ship in your National Pet Pharmacy account and click on the Edit Billing button. Enter your credit card information, click the save button, and you’ve successfully updated your account!
