If I have my pet’s medication refills on Auto Ship, what happens when the prescription runs out? Will you call the vet, or do I?
Your vet may need to see your pet again to write a new prescription. We will let you know when you have just one month left on your pet’s prescription, so you will have time to make an appointment and see if the medication is to be renewed. Once you have your prescription information, give us a call at 1-800-865-1077. We will call your vet to confirm your prescription, and your Auto Ship plan will continue uninterrupted.
