How do I know how often I should get my pet’s food delivered?
This is the most difficult question for customers. It’s hard to figure out how many cups there are in a 40-pound bag of dog food – and how many weeks that will last! We generally suggest you go by what you think is right (most customers choose 2 months) and then adjust your timing by week or by month after the first delivery. It often takes 2-3 deliveries to find the perfect timing.

How do I adjust my frequency or shipping date?
Go to “My Account”, click on My Auto Ship and select the Auto Ship you wish to edit. Once there, click the “Edit Shipping” button under the Shipping section. At that point, you can choose if you would like a weekly, monthly or yearly frequency and choose a specific date for your next order to be processed. Both your next shipping date and order frequency can be adjusted at any time to suit your needs.

Why can’t I get my frozen foods delivered on Auto Ship?
For health reasons, frozen foods need to be delivered Second-Day Air, and only Monday through Friday. The Auto Ship program is set up for standard, or ground ship, deliveries only.
