Can I change the items on my Auto Ship? You can change the quantity, add, and remove items from your Auto Ship. If you wish to add items to your next Auto Ship, simply navigate to the product page of the product you wish to add and click the “Add to Auto Ship” package icon to the left of the product you want. This product will be added to your next scheduled Auto Ship. How do I REMOVE items from my Auto Ship order? Go go “My Account” at the top of the National Pet Pharmacy site, click “My Auto Ship” in the left navigation. Scroll down to where your products are shown in your Shopping Cart. Simply click “Remove” to the left of the product photo. Back to Top
How do I PAUSE my next delivery? Go to “My Account” at the top of the National Pet Pharmacy site, click “My Auto Ship” in the left navigation. Click on “Edit Shipping” and more options will appear directly below. Click the “Pause” button and your shipment be held until you come back to the site to give us a new delivery date. (Customers find this feature especially helpful when going on vacation.) Back to Top
What other changes can I make on my Auto Ship account? You have total control! You can change your shipping or billing address, edit your billing method, and update your shipping frequency. You can add or remove items. You can even pause or cancel your Auto Ship account.
